Return Process — Purchases from

If for any reason your purchase from does not completely satisfy you, you may request return through by loging in to your account.

Return Requests are accepted within 7 calendar days if the product has not been opened or used.

  • Please send the returned item in its original packaging and components.
  • You must include a copy of the packing invoice that accompanied the item when you received it.
  • Do not return the product to us via air shipment. Aerosol products in pressurized containers and products containing certain chemicals are restricted to ground shipping service.
  • We will confirm our receipt of the return via email once we have processed the return.
  • Within 7 calendar days  of our receipt of your returned item that is accompanied by a copy of the packing invoice, we will process a credit to the credit card, debit card or gift card that was used to purchase the item.
  • Note that shipping charges are your responsibility and will not be refunded when the return is processed unless the item was shipped to you in error, in which case we will refund those charges as well.
  • Be sure to include your properly completed packing invoice with your shipment.
